Regular Shipment within Continental USA
UPS Ground Service Delivery with a minimum charge for Shipping and Handling of US$8.50 in the Continental USA. It is also available upon the client's request the following shipping alternatives to be quoted on per incident basis: Next Day Delivery, Two Day and Three Day Select Delivery. Tracking number will be provided for each shipment. Each shipment can be tracked at www.ups.com
Insurance
Insurance is available at an additional fee. It is recommended to insure shipments of any electronic equipment.
Health Point Products Inc. Shipping Responsibility
This merchandise was carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before leaving our premises. Responsibility for its safe delivery was assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment. Claims for loss or damage sustained in transit must, therefore, be made upon the carrier, as follows:
Concealed Loss or Damage
Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When the damage is discovered upon unpacking, make a written request for inspection by the carrier's agent within fifteen days of the delivery date. 'Then file a claim with the carrier since such damage is the carrier's responsibility. By following these instructions carefully, we guarantee our full support of your claims to protect you against loss from concealed damage.
Visible Loss or Damage
Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or express receipt, and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such external evidence of loss or damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim. The form required to file such a claim will be supplied by the carrier. Do Not Return Damaged Merchandise to Us File Your Claim As Above.

Payment Terms
Payment Terms are available for qualified customers. The available payment terms are 15 and 30 days net from the invoice date. Delinquent balances are subject to 1.5% interest on monthly basis.
Company Return Policy
Diagnostic and Therapeutic Equipment Return Policy:
Equipment returns must be made within 10 days from the billing date.
Any equipment return requires approval by Health Point Products
Health Point Products will provide a "Return Authorization Number" that is required to give the proper credit to the customer.
The equipment will be shipped back to Health Point Products at the client's cost and risk.
The equipment must be returned in its original condition.
Unused items may be returned within 20 days after receipt of the order. Shipping, Insurance and Handling charges are the buyer's responsibility. Credit or Refund will be given 100% if the merchandise is returned unused and in perfect condition. Returns after the 20 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns need to be authorized by Health Point Products.
FDA Compliance Purchase Agreement
Acupuncture needles are restricted to the use by qualified practitioners as determined by the State. With this restriction, Health Point Products, Inc. will not offer any medical advice or make any medical claims on the offered acupuncture needles. All acupuncture devices are sold to qualified practitioners only. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of these devices and agrees to indemnify and hold Health Point Products, Inc. harmless from any consumer claims against the ultimate of these devices.
International Orders

Health Point Products, Inc. will email the full amount of the invoice
to be paid.
Any claims or damages regarding all shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recomend all shipments to be insured at the buyer's cost.
Health Point Products Inc. is not providing any counseling regarding custom procedures of the buyer's country thereafter this process is the client's responsibility.
